Francesco De Fabiani ( Italian: Francesco De Fabiani ; born April 21, 1993 ) is an Italian skier , a bronze medalist in the 2019 World Cup team sprint, and a participant in the 2014 and 2018 Olympic Games.

In the World Cup, De Fabiani made his debut on December 28, 2013 , in the race as part of the Tour de Ski , but after passing the 5 stages of the Tour he did not go to the start of the 6th and thereby left the competition, did not participate in other stages of the World Cup. He predominantly performs in the Alpine Cup, where he has in his account 1 hit in the top three. March 8, 2015 won his first victory at the stages of the World Cup in the 15 km race in Finnish Lahti .

At the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, he took 22nd place in the skiathlon, 30th place in the 15 km race with the classic style and 25th place in the 50 km mass start.

The best achievement at the Youth and Youth World Championships is the 8th place in the skiathlon at the 2014 World Youth Championships.
