Aleksander Aleksandr Kozlov (born January 2, 1981 , Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian politician . Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic since May 18, 2018.

Biography
Born on January 2, 1981 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk .
Education
In 2003, he graduated from the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship under the Government of Moscow with a degree in Law with the qualification of Lawyer . As of April 2014, he studied at the Far Eastern Federal University with a degree in mining engineering [2] , but there is no information about the end of this educational institution.
Doing Business
In 2000, he got a job as a legal adviser at the Dalvostugol company. In 2004, the Amur-Coal company was formed in its place, in which A. A. Kozlov headed one of the Rosugol branches in the city of Gukovo [2] , a year later became the director of the Russian Coal branch in Blagoveshchensk . While working in the structures of Russian Coal, he was called a member of the team of the Governor of the Amur Region Nikolai Kolesov [3] .
From 2009 to 2010, he served as General Director of Amur Coal LLC in Raichikhinsk .
Work in the Government of the Amur Region
In 2011, he transferred to the civil service in the government of the Amur Region at the invitation of the regional governor Oleg Kozhemyako . On February 2, 2011, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Amur Region. In August of the same year he headed this department [4] .
December 23, 2011 was appointed to the post of Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Amur Region, becoming the youngest minister in the Amur Region [5] . He held the post until February 14, 2014.
Work in the administration of the city of Blagoveshchensk and leadership of the city
On February 14, 2014, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Blagoveshchensk Administration, Pavel Berezovsky [6] .
On February 20, 2014, the City Duma of Blagoveshchensk resigned from Berezovsky the authority of the head of the City Administration, according to an earlier and acting statement. Alexander Kozlov was appointed to this post [7] .
In April 2014, he won the preliminary intra-party vote on the candidacy for mayor of the regional center [8] .
September 14, 2014 won the election of the mayor of Blagoveshchensk , receiving according to official figures 17 828 votes of citizens (38.68% of the total number who came to polling stations). [9] On September 19 of the same year, officially took office as the mayor of the city (this post was re-established after the abolition in 2010) [10] .
Governor of the Amur Region
After the resignation of Alexander Khoroshavin from the post of governor of the Sakhalin Region and the appointment of the Amur governor Oleg Kozhemyako to this post, Alexander Kozlov was appointed Acting Governor of the Amur Region by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 167 of March 25 [11] [12] .
June 19, 2015 became a candidate from " United Russia " in the upcoming elections of the governor [13] . He scored 50.64% of the vote and became not only the new, but also the youngest [14] governor in the history of the electoral system of the region. The inauguration took place at the Amur Regional Drama Theater [15] on September 20.
Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East
On May 18, 2018, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was relieved of his post of Governor of the Amur Region at his own request and was appointed Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East [16] [17] .
On February 26, 2019, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East expanded its powers to the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. A. A. Kozlov retained the post of Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic [18] .
Member of the runway " United Russia ". He was a member of the Presidium of the Amur regional branch of the party.
Family
Until 2015, this issue was debatable. In an interview with the head of the Blagoveshchensk administration in April 2014, he indicated that he had previously lived in an actual marriage , but was currently not married. [2] According to some reports, shortly before the mayoral election, he married. Port Amur news agency, referring to the old version of the article (the edit was made by an anonymous user without links) on Wikipedia about Kozlov, reports that he has a sister Evgenia Kozlova and bride Anna Loginova, who works as a psychologist at the MSC (medical unit) of the Annunciation Department of Internal Affairs. [19] In February 2015, he was on the list of “enviable grooms” of the Annunciation channel “Alpha Channel” and, accordingly, it was indicated that he was not married [20] .
March 28, 2015 officially married Anna Loginova [1] . On December 2, 2017, a daughter was born to the couple [21] .
Hobbies
He is fond of soccer and hockey.
