The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Khakassia of October 7, 2004 No. 63 “On Approving the Borders of Municipal Formations of the Shirinsky District and Giving them the Status of a Municipal District and a Rural Settlement, respectively” [3]
