Biography
Born in the village of Vaskovo (now - Boksitogorsky district of the Leningrad region ) in a peasant family.
In 1930-1935 he worked as an auxiliary worker, electrician, designer and foreman in various organizations of the city of Leningrad. In 1935 he graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical College (1935), Moscow Electrotechnical Institute . In 1941 he graduated from the theoretical course of the Moscow Correspondence Institute of the Metal Industry .
In 1935-1937 - an engineer, in 1937-1942 - the chief mechanic of the plant number 103 in Leningrad. In 1942-1946 he was the chief mechanic of the plant No. 709 of the People's Commissariat of the USSR in Moscow.
In 1946-1983 - Director of the Ural Electromechanical Plant (in 1946-57 - Sverdlovsk Plant No. 707 of the Ministry of Industry of the USSR, in 1957-69 - Plant No. 333 of the Ministry of Environment of the USSR, in 1969-83 - Ural Electromechanical Plant of the Ministry of Environment of the USSR).
He organized the transfer of the plant to another industrial site, created a new plant that has become a modern instrument-making enterprise. Since 1957, after the plant was transferred to the Ministry of Environment's system, its main products were defense products. He paid much attention to the social sphere. With his participation, three residential districts were built in the Kirovsky district, the Ural Palace of Culture, the Ural Sports Complex, schools No. 43 and 47, the Iskra and Sovremennik cinemas, the medical unit, preschool institutions, and the Akademicheskaya trolleybus line was laid .
Repeatedly elected a member of the bureau of the Kirov district committee of the CPSU of the city of Sverdlovsk, member of the Sverdlovsk regional committee and city committee of the CPSU, deputy of the city council of deputies.
He died on November 4, 1998 . He was buried at the Shirokorechensky cemetery .
