Career
A. Pitkeev began to practice figure skating in 2002 at the Children's and Youth Sports School No. 1 (Moscow) with coach Olga Volobueva. Since 2009, she has been training at the Khrustalny department of the Sambo-70 Sports and Education Center (until 2013, the School of Sports and Youth Sports No. 37).
In 2010, he joined the group of Eteri Tutberidze. Member of the national teams of Russia since 2011. In February 2013, he became the winner of the 11th Winter European Youth Olympic Festival in Brasov (Romania). [3] In the fall of 2014, he began performing among adults. He made his debut in the Italian city of Sesto San Giovanni , where he was in the top three at the Lombardy Cup tournament [4] . A month later, he made his debut in Chicago at the Grand Prix stage, where he noticeably improved the result in his short program [5] . At the Grand Prix stage in Bordeaux, for the first time he purely performed the quadruple sheepskin coat and improved his athletic performance in the short program and amount [6] . At the Russian championship, he became the first bronze medalist [7] and was included in the national team to participate in the European Championship [8] .
However, before the start of the European championship, the question arose about removing the athlete from the competition because of the disease [9] . But, despite the difficulties of preparation [10] , the debut was a success. At his first European Championship, Adyan took seventh place [11] . In early March, he played at the Junior World Championships in Tallinn . The start was successful. Adyan was in second place and was preparing to fight against Japanese Shoma Una for gold. However, in an arbitrary program, he made several mistakes, moreover, he fell. As a result, he turned out to be seventh and as a result in 5th place [12] .
Unsuccessfully, he started in the new season of 2015/2016. At the Nepel Memorial, he was only fourth [13] . In October 2015, Adyan started at the stage of the Skate America Grand Prix series , where he took the place among the six best [14] . At his second stage of the Rostelecom Cup 2015, Adyan took the silver, losing only to world champion Javier Fernandez and took the lead after a short program. [15] All his previous sporting achievements were improved. At the national championship, he did not perform very well, finished in the middle of the table. The reason for this was a back injury, because of which the skater was forced to prematurely end the competition season.
In March 2016, Adyan joined the group of Elena Buyanova. The pre-Olympic season 2016-2017 was again forced to miss due to the ongoing treatment of the back. At the end of June 2017, he decided to end his sports career due to serious back problems [16] . However, in the fall, he began to think about trying himself in dancing.
