History
The street is named after the Director General of the Far Eastern Offshore Exploratory Drilling Directorate, Vice Admiral of the Fleet Anatoly Sozrikoevich Torchinov .
The street was formed in the second half of the XIX century. It was first marked in the list of streets of the city of Vladikavkaz from 1891 as Terskaya street .
November 25, 1997 Terskaya Street was renamed Torchinova Street .
