Kamaev, Rashit Burkhanovich

Born on February 22, 1937 in the village of Yanaul . ^{[1] [2]}

In 1961 he graduated from the Birsk State Pedagogical Institute . He was secretary of the Tatyshlin district committee of the Komsomol . ^{[1] [2]}

Since 1962 - secretary of the Komsomol organization of Alsheevsky rural production management. ^{[1] [2]}

Since 1965 - Director Aibulyakskoy incomplete secondary school. ^{[1] [2]}

Since 1967 - Head of the Propaganda Department of Yanaulsky, since 1969 - Nurimanovsky District CPSU Committees . ^{[1] [2]}

In 1974, at the Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Philosophy on the topic “Planning the social development of a collective farm: (Methodology and methodology)”. ^[3]

From 1974 - lecturer, from 1987 professor, from June 30, 1989 to March 12, 1990 - Head of the Department of Scientific Communism of the Ufa State Aviation Institute . ^{[1] [2] [4]}

In 1987, in Rostov-on-Don, the State University named after M. A. Suslov defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on the topic "Theoretical and methodological issues of managing the process of erasing significant differences between town and country in the USSR" ^[5]

Since 1990 - Professor and Head of the Department of Philosophy of the Ufa State Oil Technical University . ^{[1] [2]}

Since 1995 - Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of the Ufa State Oil Technical University .

Active lecturer of the society " Knowledge " on the social problems of the village, social policy. ^[2]

Author of more than 100 scientific papers. Scientific studies are devoted to the relationship between the city and the village, methodological problems of social development of rural production teams, modeling and regulation of urbanization processes. ^{[1] [2]}
