Biography
Born in the village with. Markovka Kursk province [1] (later Lebedinsky district [2] Kharkiv region [3] ). By nationality Ukrainian. He graduated from the 4 classes of the urban school. Entered the VKP (b) in the 1920s.
In 1923-1924, assistant, deputy head of the Economic Directorate of the OGPU at the SNK of the USSR, then head of the I-st branch of the Economic Directorate of the OGPU at the SNK of the USSR.

According to the Solovki prisoners on the general background, Ivanchenko was known as a “liberal”, he owns an unusual phrase for the GPU employee, which he did not hesitate to say publicly: “In order to squeeze the real work out of prisoners, they must be fed and clothed” [4] .
By 1937, a member of the Lensoviet, a member of the presidium of the Leningrad Executive Committee, the head of the Lenoblnutorgom (Leningrad regional department of Soviet trade), a member of the Council at the People's Commissariat of Internal Trade of the USSR [5] .
September 28, 1937 arrested. In the so-called "Stalinist death list" in the Leningrad region of February 3, 1938 [6] . On February 17, 1938, he was sentenced by the Visiting Session of the Military Collegium of the USSR Supreme Court in Leningrad on charges under articles 58-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN.
He was shot on February 17, 1938 in Leningrad. The burial place is Leningrad [3] .
