Story
The main character of the film, Charles Mordecai, is an art director and a crook all rolled into one. He owes Britain $ 8 million, which means that soon the government will begin to take away his property. But the police are offering him a deal, he must find the painting “Duchess Wellington” by Goya , which, according to rumors, contains a code for a bank cell with Nazi gold.
