Svetlana Ivanovna Maziy ( January 30, 1968 , Kiev ) - Ukrainian rower, winner of the Olympic Games in Seoul and the Olympic Games in Atlanta , a participant in the Olympic Games in Sydney and Athens as part of the Ukrainian team.

Svetlana Maziy trained at the sports society "Spartak" in Kiev.
She twice became the Olympic silver medalist. Maziy won the first medal at the Seoul Olympics as part of the four teams of the USSR ( Irina Kalimbet , Svetlana Maziy, Inna Frolova , Antonina Dumcheva). She won a silver Olympic medal for Ukraine at the Olympics in Atlanta, again in the four, under the leadership of coach Vladimir Morozov [1] .
She participated in the Sydney Olympics (4th place in the four) and the Olympics in Athens (6th in the two).
She was married to the Ukrainian rower Konstantin Pronenko , has a son [2] .
