Vasyutino is a village in the Yegoryevsky municipal district of the Moscow region . Included in the urban settlement Egorievsk . The population is 41 [1] people. (2010).

Location

The village of Vasyutino is located in the northwestern part of the Yegoryevsk district, about 3 km southwest of the city of Yegoryevsk. The river Medvedka flows along the western edge of the village. Altitude 148 m [2] .

Title

In written sources, the village is referred to as Spirova (1577), Spirovo, Vasyutino identity (1627). From the beginning of the XIX century, the name Vasyutino became the only one.

The name Spirovo and Vasyutino is associated with the calendar personal names Spiridon (expanded form Spir ) and Vasily [3] .

History

Around 1845, the landowner Vasilyev bought 5 yards in the village of Vasyutino and evicted the peasants for 1/4 versts (about 0.5 km). In 1872, after a fire, the peasants of the village of Vasilyeva moved to new places, closer to Vasyutino. After 1861, both villages became part of the Berezhkovsky volost of the Yegoryevsky district. The parish was in the city of Yegoryevsk (church in the name of the martyr Nikita) [4] .

In 1926, the villages were designated as Vasyutino New and Old; they were part of the Agryzkovsky village council of the Yegoryevsky volost of the Yegoryevsky district [5] . Subsequently, both villages merged into one.

Until 1994, Vasyutino was part of the Efremovsky Village Council of the Egorievsky District, and in 1994-2006. - Efremov rural district [6] .

Population

In 1905, 76 people lived in the village (39 men, 37 women) [7] , in 1926 - 137 people (70 men, 67 women) [5] . According to the 2002 census , 23 people (9 men, 14 women) [8] .
