Geography
The village is located in the north-east of the Kirov region, in the central part of the Verkhnekamsk region, east of the Kama River. The absolute height is 195 meters above sea level [2] . Distance to the district center (the city of Kirs ) - 56 km.

According to the Second Revision ( 1748 ), in the village of Butinsky there were 29 male souls (state black-necked peasants ). [3]
According to the Third Revision ( 1764 ) in the village of Butinsky, there were 28 male souls and 20 female souls (all are state black-mowed peasants ) [4]
