Saimaa is a farm in the Verkhneufaleysky urban district of the Chelyabinsk region of Russia . It is located on the shores of Lake Itkul , about 18 km northeast of the district center, the city of Verkhny Ufaley , at an altitude of 287 meters above sea level [2] .
