The commune is located approximately 330 km southeast of Paris , 55 km northeast of Besançon , 17 km east of Vesoul ^[1] .

Small rivers Losen ( Fr. Lauzin ) and Prairie ( Fr. Prairie ) flow through the territory of the commune.
