Baiterek ( Kaz. Baiterek , until 2008 - Kyzyltu [1] ) - a village in the Saryagash district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Koshkarata rural district. The KATO code is 515471680 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the aul was 1300 people (651 men and 649 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 1634 people lived in the aul (822 men and 812 women) [3] .
