She made her debut on the screens in British films in the early 1930s, and her career began to develop rapidly after moving to Hollywood in the middle of the decade. Over the years of his career, Lamont has appeared in more than four dozen films, including “ Mary of Scotland ” (1936), “ Somewhere I Will Find You ” (1942), “ Suspect ” (1944), “ Dark Corner ” (1946), “ Frightened to Death ” (1947) and “The First Legion” (1951), before she completed her film career in 1951.
