Kurama ( Kaz. Маrama ) is a village in the Saryagash district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Zhartytobinsky rural district. The KATO code is 515455200 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 1,468 people (753 men and 715 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1967 people lived in the village (986 men and 981 women) [2] .
