Kosotkel ( Kazakh. Koscutkel , until 2008 - Socialism [1] ) - an aul in the Saryagash district of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Birlik rural district. The KATO code is 515445600 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the aul was 274 people (144 men and 130 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 204 people (102 men and 102 women) lived in the aul [3] .
