Club career

Bamba was born in Côte d'Ivoire, and soon his family moved to Italy. At the age of 9, he began playing football at the Legnago Salius club. A year later, he joined the youth team of the Turin Juventus . The defender spent almost 10 years on the Italian team, winning Supercopp Primavera in 2007 and the Viyareggio Tournament in 2009.

In July 2010, Abdoulay signed the first professional contract for a period of four years with the French Dijon , who played in League 2 [2] [3] . The first match for the club was held September 17, 2010 against Evian [4] . In the meeting of the 16th round against Chateauroux , he was noted with an assist [5] . During his first season at Dijon, Abdoulay took part in 24 championship matches, and his club, taking third place in League 2, received the right to play in League 1 for the first time in its history.

In the top football division of France, the defender made his debut on August 27, 2011 in a meeting with Evian [6] . Bamba, together with Dijon, reached the 1/8 Cup of France and the quarterfinals of the French League Cup 2011/12. During the season, Abdoulay played 24 matches, Dijon left League 1.

In the 2012/13 season, Bamba, regularly entering the field in the starting lineup, played 26 games in League 2. On September 20, 2013, he scored his first goal in his professional career, opening an account in the match against Tour [7] .
