Khopersky district is an administrative-territorial unit of the Stalingrad Territory , the Stalingrad and Balashov Regions, which existed in 1935-1959. Center - the village of Mikhailovskaya .

Khopersky district was formed as part of the Stalingrad Territory on January 25, 1935 from parts of the Novonikolayevsky and Uryupinsky districts.
The district councils included Bugrovsky, V.-Skobelinsky, Vishnyakovsky, Krasnyansky, Pervomaisky, Saltynsky, Santyrsky, Sychevsky, Uvarovsky, the village council of the Khopersky Pioneer state farm from Novonikolaevsky district, as well as Bubnovsky, Lysogorsky, Mikhailovsky Sere.
December 5, 1936 Khopersky district entered the Stalingrad region.
January 6, 1954 Khopersky district was transferred to the Balashov region.
July 14, 1954 Santyrsky s / s was attached to Mikhailovsky, and Skobelinsky - to Vishnyakovsky.
On November 19, 1957, in connection with the liquidation of the Balashov Region, the Khopersky District was returned to the Stalingrad Region.
March 20, 1959 Lysogorsky s / s was attached to Bubnovsky, Bugrovsky - to Saltynsky. Saltynsky s / s was divided between Vishnyakovsky and Krasnyansky. April 23 Pervomaysky s / s was annexed to Saltynsky.
On August 27, 1959, the Khopersky District was abolished, and its territory was divided between the Dobrinsky and Uryupinsky Districts. However, already on November 12, 1959, this decision was reviewed and the entire territory of the former Khopersky district was transferred to the Uryupinsky district.
