Kulat ( kaz. Kүlaat ) is an abolished village in the Shcherbakty district of Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan . It was abolished in 2017 [1] . It was part of the Galkinsky rural district. The KATO code is 556837400 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 98 people (51 men and 47 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 41 people lived in the village (21 men and 20 women) [3] .
