SS Servia is the British liner of the Kunard Line shipping company. Built and launched in 1883. He made regular flights across the Atlantic. In 1902, sold for scrap.
History
The keel of the new liner was laid in 1881. In 1883, the liner was launched and started to finish. In the same year he was ready for testing. At the end of the year, he made his first voyage across the Atlantic. It was the first Kunard Line steamer to have a steel hull. Spent a successful and long career transporting hundreds of people across the Atlantic. All the British were very fond of this ship. At the end of his career was decommissioned due to obsolescence.
