A Brief History
In 1840, graduates of the agricultural school of St. Petersburg who were involved in the organization of an exemplary economy were settled on the site of the future suburban area. The settlement, located on 37 tithes of land, was called the "Farm". The beginning of the development of a holiday village in these places was laid in 1898, when the Klyazma platform was opened here, 27 kilometers from Moscow near the Klyazma River. In 1903, the Klyazma Dacha Territory Beautification Society arose at the Klyazma platform, which began planning work and breaking down plots for cottage construction. [2]
