History

It was founded in 1922. Throughout its existence, depending on the state and stages of development of state and law (1922–1991), the magazine changed its name: “Herald of Soviet Justice in Ukraine” (from January 1922), later “Herald of Soviet Justice” - “News of Radyanskiy Justice” , “Chervony lawyer” (February — March 1926), “Chervona law” (March 1926 - December 1930), “Revolution law” (March 1931 - May 1941) and “Radyanske law” (1958-1991).

It has been released under the modern name since 1992. Published in Kiev .

It covers current issues of Ukrainian state-building, the practical activities of state authorities and local governments, the development of the legal system, legislation, legal science and education in Ukraine.

He publishes articles on various branches of law, materials of judicial, prosecutorial, investigative and advocate practice, etc.

The legal journal "Law of Ukraine" is listed in the International Legal Database " HeinOnline " (USA) (2013).

The chief editor is A. D. Svyatotsky .
