According to the 2010 census [1], the population was 5,260 people, 1,223 families lived in the city, there were 2,156 households and 2,467 buildings with a building density of 260.2 buildings per km². The population density is 554.9 people per km². Racial composition of the population: white - 76.6%, African - Americans - 9.6%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.5%, Asians - 7.5%, Hawaiians - 0.1%, other races - 1.1% , representatives of mixed races - 4.7%. Hispanics accounted for 4.1% of the population.
In 2000, the average household income was $ 29,790 USD , the average household income was $ 34,272 USD . Men had an average income of $ 29,433 USD , women $ 22,830 USD . The average per capita income was $ 15,413 USD .
