Live & Off the Record is the second live album by Colombian singer Shakira , released March 30, 2004. The album consists of two discs: CD and DVD. The CD contains recordings of live performances recorded in 2003 and 2004, and the DVD includes performances during her Tour of the Mongoose tour on April 22, 2003 in Rotterdam , the Netherlands . In May 2004, the album received gold certification from the RIAA . On April 17, 2004, the album reached # 1 on the American Top Music Videos chart . [one]
