Algas district

Algasovsky district is an administrative-territorial unit in the Central Black Earth , Voronezh and Tambov regions, which existed in 1928-1933 and 1934-1959. The center is the village of Algasovo .

The Algasovsky District was formed in 1928 as part of the Tambov District of the Central Black Earth Region. On July 30, 1930, in connection with the liquidation of the district system in the USSR, the Algasovsky District became directly subordinate to the Central Black Earth Region.

On February 1, 1933, the Algas district was abolished. At the same time, the Aldinsky, Blagodatinsky, Nikolaev, Penkovsky, Rayevsky, Serpovsky (without the village of Visly Bor) and the Staro-Tomnikovsky village councils, as well as the villages of Volya and the Green Meadow of Algasovsky 2nd s / s were transferred to Morshansky District , and Algasovsky 1st , Algasovsky 2nd (without the villages of Volya and the Green Meadow), Vanovsky, Davydovsky, Dyachensky, Kadykovsky, Novo-Tomnikovsky, Nosinsky, Rybinsky, Samodurovsky, Temyashevsky, Chernitovsky s / s and the village of Visly Bor Serpovsky s / s - to Rakshinsky .

In 1934, the Algasovsky district was restored and incorporated into the Voronezh region. The district includes Algasovsky 1st, Algasovsky 2nd, Vanovsky, Dyachensky, Kadykovsky, Novo-Tomnikovsky, Nosinsky, Rybinsky, Samodurovsky, Temyashevsky and Chernitovsky s / s transferred from Rakshinsky district.

September 27, 1937 Algasovsky district was included in the Tambov region.

According to the data of 1945, the Algasovsky district was divided into 11 village councils: Algasovsky 1st, Algasovsky 2nd, Vanovsky, Dyachinsky, Kadykovsky, Nosinovsky, Novo-Tomnyakovsky, Rybinsky, Samodurovsky, Temyashevsky and Chernitovsky.

On October 30, 1959, the Algas District was abolished, and its territory was transferred to the Rakshinsky District .
