Stylops bruneri (lat.) - a species of fan-winged insects of the genus Stylops from the family Stylopidae . North America: USA (Nebraska) [1] . Parasites of bees of the genus Andrena ( Andrenidae ). Paws of males 4-segmented, antennae 6-segmented with lateral processes. The head is transverse. They have sharp sexual dimorphism: male winged (2 pairs of narrow wings: front small and narrow, wide rear), females wingless worm-shaped endoparasites. The species was first described in 1909 by the American entomologist William Dwight Pierce [1] [2] [3] [4] .
