History
In 1989, by decision of the city council, Festival Passage was renamed into the street named after ND Nechaev , the founding doctor of the surgical department of the Apatity City Hospital [1] .
“Considering the great merits of the former head of the surgical department of the city hospital in the development of medical care of the year, his great popularity among residents, assign the name“ Nechaev to the street “Festival Passage”.
To make an Apatity city hospital, and to install a memorial plaque on one of the houses on the housing and communal services enterprise. ”
