Geography

The village is located in the southern part of the okrug, about 12 km south of the Shakhovskaya district center, on the left bank of the small river Zharovnya (right tributary of the Ruza ) [7] , the height of the center above sea level is 215 m [8] . The nearest settlements are Romantsevo on the opposite bank of the river and Merklovo , 3 km to the south.

Historical Information

In 1769, Filenina was the village of the Khovansky camp of the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow province as part of a large possession of college adviser Vladimir Fedorovich Sheremetev. The village has 5 yards and 29 souls [9] .

In the middle of the XIX century, the village of Filenino belonged to the 1st camp of the Volokolamsk district and belonged to Privy Councilor Vladimir Mikhailovich Prokopovich-Antonsky. In the village there were 23 households , peasants 62 male souls and 65 female souls [10] .

In the β€œList of Populated Places” of 1862 - the owner’s village of the 1st camp of the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow province on the right side of the Moscow highway, going from the border of the Zubtsov district to the city of Volokolamsk , 37 miles from the county town, at the Zharovna river, with 12 yards and 135 residents (63 men, 72 women) [3] .

According to the data for 1890, it was part of the Seredinsky volost , the number of male souls was 58 people [11] .

In 1913 - 23 yards [12] .

According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union Population Census - the village of Romantsevsky Village Council , 186 people lived (80 men, 106 women), there were 39 peasant farms [4] .

Since 1929 - a settlement as part of the Shakhovsky district of the Moscow region.

1994-2006 - the village of the Seredinsky rural district of the Shakhovsky district [13] .

2006β€”2015 - the village of the rural settlement of Seredinskoye, Shakhovskoy district [14] [15]

2015 - n. at. - the village of the urban district Shakhovskaya of the Moscow region [16] [17] .
