Monica Guerritore ( Italian: Monica Guerritore , born January 25, 1957 ) - Italian actress. For the first time on cinema screens, she appeared at the age of thirteen in Vittorio de Sica 's melodrama Short Vacation . Three years later, Guerritre made her debut on the stage in the production of Giorgio Strehler "The Cherry Orchard " [1] .

In the early 1980s, the actress met her future husband, director Gabriele Lavia, who involved her in many of her productions, where she played serious characters such as Lady Macbeth , Jocasta and Ophelia [2] [3] . He also shot his wife in his films, many of which had erotic scenes - “ Scandalous Gilda ” (1985), “Feelings” (1986) and “She-wolf” (1996), which brought the actress a nomination for the “ David di Donatello ” award . In addition, Guerritoré has played in three dozen films, including “Ladies and Gentlemen, good night!” (1976), “Hurrying Man” (1977), “Beautiful Day” (2008), “Beautiful People” (2009) and “ Let's forget about it ”(2012).
In 2001, the Guerritre marriage broke up, and in 2010 she married politician Roberto Zaccaria.
