Biography
Born on October 18, 1972 in the city of Uralsk, Kazakh SSR, in a family of employees. In 1995, he graduated from the Economics Department of Kiev International University of Civil Aviation Engineers (majoring in “Engineer-economist (marketer).” He improved his qualifications in courses of international civil aviation organizations, in particular, IATA (Switzerland, Czech Republic) and AirbusIndustry (France).
He began his career in 1995 at the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine (engineer of the first category). [2]
From 1996 to 2007 held various positions at the civil aviation enterprises of Ukraine. Including seven years he worked at AeroSvit Airlines, where he held the positions of manager, marketing director, first deputy general director. [3]
In 2007-2008 - Deputy General Director, and then Director of the Development Department at Finstar Properties Ukraine. Key tasks: business development of the company.
From 2008 to 2009 - General Director at the development company Parus. [four]
