Katarina Innerhofer ( German: Katharina Innerhofer ; born , ) is an Austrian biathlete . Participant in the 2014 World Championships and Winter Olympics . He is one of the leaders of the women's biathlon team in Austria . The first Austrian to win the Biathlon World Cup.

Career
At the stages of the World Cup debuted in the season 2011/2012 . For the first time, she scored points in the offset of the cup in the 2013/2014 season in Ostersund , Sweden , becoming the 33rd in the individual race. At the stage in the German Ruhpolding , Innerhofer climbed to 22nd place, and if not for her 2 misses, she could fight for getting on the podium.
On March 6, 2014, at the 7th stage of the World Cup in Pokljuk, Katarina Innerhofer sensationally won the sprint by shooting at zero, although she had not even hit the top 20 before. This victory was the first for the female Austrian biathlon. Prior to this, the highest result for the representatives of the country was the 15th place of Anna Sprung in the sprint in the 2003/2004 season . [2]
