Shuswap ( Secwepemc, Secwepemctsín, Shuswap ) is a traditional Shuswap language belonging to the Salish language family, who lives in the east of central British Columbia (between the Fraser River and the Rocky Mountains) in Canada. It has eastern (lakes Kinbasket and Shusvap) and western (rivers Didmens Creek, Kamloops, Kanim, Pavilion Bonaparte, Fraser, Chu-Chua) dialects. Most people today speak English. Standard spelling was also adopted.

The Secwepemc Society for Cultural Education is making efforts to revitalize the language through classes at all levels, including through a language immersion program (Golla 2007).
