Demographics
According to the 2000 census [1], there were 853 people, 303 households, and 233 families. The population density is 9.2 people / km². There are 345 buildings with an average density of 3.7 buildings per square kilometer in the town territory. Racial composition: 98.48% White , 0.35% Native American , 0.59% Asian, and 0.59% are two or more other races. Spaniards or Hispanics of any race made up 0.70% of the township population.
Out of 303 households, children under 18 years old were brought up in 40.3%, married couples lived in 62.0%, single women lived in 8.6%, and non-family people lived in 23.1% of households. 20.8% of households consisted of one person, while 5.3% of - single elderly people over 65 years of age. The average household size is 2.82 and families are 3.18.
