McCrate, Edward

Edward M. McCreight ( born Edward M. McCreight ; 1941) is an American scientist in the field of computer science . Together with Rudolf Bayer, he invented the B-tree [1] , took part in the development of the Xerox Alto workstation [2] , and at Xerox PARC he led the development of the Xerox Dorado computer [3] . He also worked at Adobe Corporation.
