Oxazaphosphorins , or derivatives of oxazaphosphorin , oxazaphosphinans, are a group of organic compounds containing oxazaphosphorin in the molecule (aka oxazaphosphinan) (see IUPAC).
Many derivatives of oxazaphosphorin, being simultaneously derivatives of bis-B-chloroethylamine , have been used in oncology , hematology , immunology and rheumatology as cytostatic antitumor and immunosuppressive chemotherapeutic drugs with an alkylating type of action.
