Irina Anatolyevna Aksyonova (born September 24, 1962 ) is a Soviet swimmer. She won two bronze medals - at the 1980 Olympics and at the 1978 World Cup , where she competed in the preliminary team of the Soviet Union [2] . At the 1980 Olympics, she also took fourth place in the 800 m swim, fifth in the 400 m swim and eighth in the 200 m freestyle [3] . USSR master of sports of international class.

Between 1977 and 1980, Aksyonova won seven national titles and set five national records in the 200–800 m freestyle heats [4] . Also, she did the 100m butterfly swim [5] . Currently resides in the Czech Republic [4] .
