Geography

The village is located in the southeastern part of the okrug, about 23 km south of the Shakhovskaya district center, at the source of the nameless right tributary of the Iskona River [7] , the height of the center above sea level is 226 m [8] . The nearest settlements are Sands in the southeast and Kanaevo in the east.

There are 4 streets in the village: Dachnaya, Dorozhnaya, Mira and Tsentralnaya [9] .

There is a bus stop for routes No. 35, 44, and 50, leading to Shakhovskaya [10]

Historical Information

It was first mentioned in the spiritual letter of Prince Fyodor Volotsky in 1506 [11] .

In 1769, the village of Rupotina was shown on the map of the General Land Survey as the village of the Khovansky camp of the Ruzsky uyezd of the Moscow province as part of the possession of the College of Economy (formerly the New Jerusalem Monastery ), belonging to the village of Vysotsky, Pskovo, too [12] .

In the middle of the XIX century, the village of Reputino belonged to the 2nd camp of the Mozhaisk district and belonged to the Department of State Property . The village had 71 courtyards , 200 male souls and 221 female souls [13] .

In the β€œList of Populated Places” of 1862, Repotino (Reputino) is a state village of the 2nd camp of the Mozhaisk district of the Moscow province on the left side of the trading and country Gzhatsky tract, 45 versts from the county town, with a pond and wells, with 71 courtyards and 525 inhabitants (208 men, 317 women) [3] .

According to the data for 1890, it was part of the Kanaevsky volost , the number of male souls was 206 people [14] .

In 1913, there were 96 courtyards, a police officer’s apartment and a state-owned wine shop [15] .

In 1917, the Kanaevsky volost was annexed to the Volokolamsk district , and in 1924 it was liquidated according to the decree of the Presidium of the Moscow City Council , and the village of Repotino was included in the Seredinsky volost [16] .

The materials of the 1926 All-Union Population Census indicate the villages of Repotino Zatsep. and Repotin Horus . The first lived 207 people (86 men, 121 women), there were 49 peasant farms, the second 246 people (103 men, 143 women) lived, 47 peasant farms were conducted [4] .

Since 1929 - a settlement as part of the Shakhovsky district of the Moscow region. Until 1954 - the center of the Repotinsky Village Council .

1994-2006 - the village of the Dorsky rural district of the Shakhovsky district [17] .

2006β€”2015 - The village of the rural settlement of Seredinskoye, Shakhovskoy district [18] [19] .
