The Military Ordinary of Paraguay ( Spanish: Obispado de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policia Nacional del Paraguay ) is the military ordinate of the Roman Catholic Church , operating in Paraguay . The military ordinate of Paraguay, reporting directly to the Holy See , provides pastoral care for the military of the Paraguayan army and their families.

Content
History
On December 20, 1961, the Holy See established a congregation of military chaplains for the Paraguayan army.
On July 21, 1986, Pope John Paul II issued the bull Spirituali militum curae , which transformed the congregation of military chaplains into the military ordinate of Paraguay.
