Kozarusha ( Serb. Kozarusha ) is a settlement (village) in the Priedor community , which belongs to the Republic of Srpska , Bosnia and Herzegovina . It is located 5 km east of the town of Priedor and 45 km northwest of Banja Luka [2] .

According to the 2013 census, the population of the village of Kozarusha was 3,361 [1] [3] .
The ethnic composition of the population of the village according to the 1991 census:
- Bosnian Muslims - 2.853 (84.50%),
- Serbs - 264 (7.81%),
- Croats - 20 (0.59%),
- Yugoslavs - 63 (1.86%),
- others - 176 (5.21%).
