M-464BK
A distinctive feature (1980s - 1998) is the presence of ceramic tiles in the finishing of the panels in combination with unfinished concrete panels. The most common colors are yellow, green and white. After 1998, instead of tiling the surface with tiles, they began to paint it.
M-464-U
The year 2002 was marked by cardinal processing of the 464th project . Room space was increased, noise and heat insulation improved. The appearance also underwent changes: bay windows appeared, loggias began to be glazed. A wide range of block sections was designed. [3] In 2003, the design of the entrance group changed - the entrance hall appeared.
M-464-M
Since 2004, construction began on the most interesting modernization of the 464th series. Unlike other modifications, panel-frame design allows for free planning of apartments. In addition to bay windows , a so-called false roof appeared, which made it possible to increase the space of the technical floor and enhance the aesthetic qualities of the house. In order to ensure the density of buildings regulated by the general plan of the city of Minsk , in 2009 , Minskproekt UE developed project documentation for a 16-storey residential building in the M464-M series, the construction of which began in the 3rd quarter of 2011 . General Information
A distinctive feature of all houses of the 464 series (except for M-464-M) is the integration of the garbage canal channel into the staircase panels, which is why they have a characteristic shape. In the M-464BK series, the number of each entrance is lined with ceramic tiles on the screen covering the entrance to the receiving chamber of the garbage chute. Unlike M-464 and M-464BK, the number of floors is 9 floors, M-464-M and M-464-U have a number of floors in 10 floors.
