Galib Barievich Galiev (born January 20, 1947, village of Akhunovo, Uchalinsky district of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a Soviet and Russian engineer, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences (2004), head of the laboratory for research on the processes of formation of low-dimensional electronic systems in nanoheterostructures of A3B5 compounds of the Institute of Microwave Semiconductor Electronics RAS .

Biography
1966 - graduated from the Akhunov secondary school of the Uchalinsky district of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic with a gold medal. 1966 - 1973 - Full-time student of the Department of Physics and Technology of MIET , graduated in automation and electronics.
Ph.D. n (1987) - for the development of light reflectance spectroscopy for precision research and control of parameters of semiconductor structures. with. n with. (1990) d. n (2004) - for the development of molecular beam epitaxy of low-dimensional systems based on heterostructured and delta-doped quantum wells on GaAs substrates of different orientations.
