The 4th constituency of the En Department includes the three cantons of the Soissons district: Vic-sur-En , Soissons-North and Soissons-South and the three cantons of the Lans : Cousy-le-Château-Ofrik , Ternier and Shawnee . The total population according to the National Institute of Statistics in 2011 is 113,701 people. The total number of voters included in the voting lists in 2012 was 78,988.
