Qianfeng ( Chinese р п , pinyin : Qiánfēng ) is the urban subordination area of the Guang'an urban district of Sichuan ( PRC ).

History
Under the Yuan Empire, the Guangan Government (ань 府) was established in 1283. Under the Ming Empire, in 1371, it was renamed Guangyan County (广安 州).
When the Republic of China was formed after the Xinhai Revolution , in 1913 the district was transformed into Guang'an County (广安 县).
In 1950, the Daczhu Special District (大竹 专区) was formed and Guang'an County became part of it. In 1953, the county was transferred to Nanchong Special District (南充 专区). In 1970, Nanchong Special District was renamed Nanchong District (南充 地区). In 1978, Huaiyun Industrial and Agricultural Area (华云 工农 区) was formed from part of the territories of Guang'an and Yuechi counties.
In 1993, Nanchong County was disbanded, and Guang'an County became part of the new Guang'an County (广安 地区). In 1998, by the decree of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the Guang'an urban district was formed; Guan'an County was disbanded, and its territory became the Guan'an district of the Guan'an urban district. In 2013, the Qianfeng District was allocated from Guang'an District.
