Career
Club
A pupil of the Kan club school, performed in its composition from 2003 to 2006. He made his debut in the Magnus League in the 2004/2005 season. In the 2005/2006 season he was recognized as the best striker of the championship of France. In the 2006/2007 season, he played for the Villar de Lans team, in the summer of 2007 he became part of his opponents Grenoble, with whom he won the French Championship in 2009, the French Cup in 2008 and 2009, as well as the League Cup and the Champions Cup in 2009. He became a player in the 2010 championship in France.
From 2010 to 2013, Damien played in the Swedish championships for the Vasteras team (25 goals and 13 assists in 50 games), Lulea (managed to play 20 games), Timro (played until the end of the 2011/2012 season) and Södertälje (16 points in 25 games). Since 2013, protects the colors of the Swiss Lausanne.
On July 5, 2016, Fleury signed a contract with the KHL debut HC Kunlun Red Star [1] .
Team
In the national team, Fleury played at the World Championship among youth teams in Division B in 2006, scoring two points due to assists in five games. He played in the main team at the world championships of 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013: in 2013, in a match against the Russian team, it was he who equalized the score and helped France to sensationally beat Russia with a score of 2: 1.
