It is located 2 km from the regional center - the city of Mosalsk , in the west of the Kaluga region, 20 km from the A101 Moscow - Roslavl highway. And 8 km from the center of the rural settlement - the village of Dashino.

Development
The residential area is 4.27 ha, the construction of engineering structures is 4.98 ha.
There are two streets in the village: Apatitskaya and Tsvetochnaya.
In 2010, 0.89 km of a water supply system, 0.88 km of a gas pipeline, 1.52 km of power lines, a sewage treatment plant, a highway and sidewalks were commissioned at this site, landscaping was completed.
As a result of the construction, it is planned to place a residential village of low-rise buildings, consisting of 22 single-family residential buildings with an area of 50 m², 75 m², 100 m². The area of household plots ranges from 0.12 hectares to 0.15 hectares, which will allow for personal subsidiary farming. In 2011, at the expense of investor funds of CJSC MPRK GRAS, 8 residential buildings were built, 5 of which were purchased by citizens, recipients of social benefits in the framework of the CCP “Social Development of the Village of Kaluga Region until 2013”. Economics
On the territory of this rural settlement is the agricultural enterprise LLC Mosalskaya Niva, specializing in cattle fattening. In addition, the Oktyabrsky SEC is located nearby, which is currently building a livestock complex for 500 cattle places.
