Biography
Fyodor Trofimovich Svyatenko was born on March 3, 1904 in the village of Zagryzovo of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov province (now the village of Zagryzovo of the Borovsky district of the Kharkov region of Ukraine ) in a peasant family.

Participation in the Great Patriotic War
In October 1941, the division, which included 210 SMEs deployed in the city of Bayan-Tumen, of the Mongolian People's Republic, was transferred to Moscow and became part of the 5th Army of the Western Front . [7]
Since October 26, 1941, 210 SMEs fought in the area: village Trufanovka , village Boltino , village Kapan . In the battles for the above settlements, the regiment destroyed up to 1900 soldiers and officers of the enemy (two of them colonels). 9 cannons, 12 mortars, 11 easel and 17 light machine guns, 82 trucks, 7 cars and 2 staff vehicles, 3 anti-aircraft guns and many other military equipment were captured. In the area of the village of Trufanovka , 78 commanders and Red Army soldiers of the 50th infantry division were released .
On October 29, 1941, the regiment repulsed the attack of the SS battalion of the 7th German infantry division , and destroyed 170 soldiers and officers in battle. On November 2, 1941, the regiment entered the battle with superior enemy forces of the 197th Germans Infantry Division and defeated its main group near the village of Kapan . Being in a semicircle, the regiment continued to hold the occupied line of defense and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, destroying up to the regiment of the enemy infantry. At the same time, 25 enemy tanks were burned and shot down, and many other military equipment was seized. On November 3, the enemy, with the support of tanks, went on the attack 6 times against 210 SMEs . The regiment showed extremely high resistance in defense and inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, destroying up to 1000 soldiers and officers. He burned and knocked out 49 enemy tanks and destroyed many other military equipment.
In subsequent battles from November 4 to December 26, 1941, the regiment repulsed 12 enemy attacks, destroyed up to 1000 soldiers and officers, burned and knocked out 26 tanks, 47 enemy vehicles. 210 SMEs, together with other divisions of the division and the army as a whole, played an important role in stabilizing the defense front in this direction. January 13, 1942 by storm, an important defense unit of the Nazis took the village of Dorokhovo , covering the city of Mozhaisk and the grouping of their troops near Staraya Ruza. After that, the road to Mozhaisk and to the rear of the enemy’s enemy groups was opened to Soviet troops. The enemy lost the important rocky road Dorokhov- Vereya . The Nazis fled from Dorokhovo , threatening the environment, throwing a lot of equipment. Comrade Svyatenko F.T., participated on the front of World War II on October 23, 1941 as chief of staff of 210 SMEs. During the battles at the front of World War II to destroy the fascist pack, comrade Svyatenko showed himself to be a skillful, persistent commander, as a result of which he achieved timely execution of combat orders, and well organized the management of units. In this situation, he made quick, correct decisions and put them into practice; the headquarters leadership was well placed. During the period of work as chief of staff, the regiment had the following results: 1353 fascists were killed and wounded, 78 vehicles were seized, 21 cannons of various calibers, 53 were machine guns of all systems, villages were repelled. 6.
