Kuprovo is a village in the Mozhaysky district of the Moscow region as part of the Yurlovsky rural settlement [2] . The population of the 2010 All-Russian Census is 14 people [3] . Until 2006, Kuprovo was part of the Gubinsky rural district [4] [5] . In the village there is the Church of the Resurrection of the Word of 1843, built formally, in fact, in a dilapidated state [6] [7] - all that remains (except the neglected former park) from the estate of the first half of the 19th century Kuprovo [8] [9] .

The village is located in the southern part of the district, on the left bank of the Protva River [10] , about 23 km south-west of Mozhaisk , the height of the center above sea level is 208 m [11] . The nearest settlement is Glukhovka , 1.5 km to the north-west.
