Kun Quan (born in November 1955 , New Delhi , India ) is a Chinese diplomat .
Biography
Rooted in shandong province.
In 1977-1982 - attaché of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium.
In 1982-1984, he trained at the National School of Administration in France.
In 1985-1995 - an employee of the Western Europe department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC.
In 1996-1999 - an employee of the Chinese Embassy in France.
Since 1999 - Deputy Head of the Western Europe Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
In 2000-2001, he worked in Tianjin .
